This course on leadership is designed for new officers in volunteer clubs such as Toastmasters, Service clubs, Committee clubs, or for new leaders advancing in their careers.

This unique program differentiates leadership from management and focuses on how to be a leader. We do not focus on how to read annual stock reports or write performance reviews. We do focus on how to find your vision and communicate that vision to others.

Being a leader can be unnerving; it can also be the greatest experience of your life and you see your programs becoming reality and knowing that you made it happen. This is the course that can start you on the proper track.
